You must have MathLib installed for this program to work. If you don't have MathLib, you can get it from the MathLib Information Page. Or, just get it here.

Note: some people with Netscape/windows are getting corrupted files. Check the sizes of the files after you download them (degutm.prc is 30293 bytes, MathLib.prc is 50766 bytes). If you have that trouble, use this zip file.

This version converts both Degrees to UTM and UTM to Degrees, and supports multiple datums. The old April 21 release is here.
